Karen is genuinely passionate about her chosen career in Real Estate. With over 13 years of experience building relationships and mastering the market, Karen has secured countless victories for buyers and sellers. Karen builds meaningful relationships with her clients and is quick to understand needs that are unique to all of them. Whether working with first time buyers, international buyers and those new to Vancouver, Karen shows passionate dedication and achieves consistent results. 

The many awards Karen has had are proof that she is a Vancouver expert. The Medallion Club (Top 10% of Greater Vancouver REALTORS®), ReMAX 100% Club and Top Performers Award are the first of many more for Karen.

Born and raised in Brazil, Karen’s passion for Vancouver started shortly after moving here in 2001. After graduating with a Bachelors in Tourism, she went on to complete a Marketing Management program in Tourism at BCIT. Karen has travelled the world and speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and finds this background invaluable when relating to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Karen’s passion for real estate shows in her dedication and loyalty to her clients. With her exceptional tenacity and follow-through, Karen brings skilled negotiation and professionalism to every transaction. 

Karen believes that your real estate experience should be seamless, and brings her honesty, enthusiasm and attentiveness to every client relationship. She is a strong deal-closer, always focused on finding the most practical and efficient path to success.

When Karen isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter or exploring Vancouver’s endless restaurants. Depending on the season, she can be found either snowboarding on the mountains or suntanning on the local beaches.
